Consulting

Consulting

Definition : When people hear the word “consulting,” they often think of Harvard MBAs advising enterprise businesses on corporate strategy. They think that being a consultant means obtaining difficult degrees and certifications from prestigious universities to be a consultant.Consulting means “engaged in the business of giving expert advice to people working in a specific field.” In other words, a consultant is somebody who gives advice to a specific industry and group of people.

Consulting Process : RSCT provides Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Survey, conducted by CPP – Certified Protection Professional.  The goal of security survey is to assess client’s existing security situation and recommending positive change. Change is not inevitable; some conditions may not, in our opinion, warrant change. However, typically, some modifications to the existing company’s strategy or program may be required. Recommendation of changes will be based on my evaluation of existing conditions.

RSCT Security Vulnerability and Risk Assessment Survey focuses on four component parts of a security program. The sum this four-component part equals the security program:

  1. Policy
  2. Procedure                                                          = Protection Program
  3. Physical Plant/Equipment/Hardware
  4. Personnel

Problems in the security program must exist within one or more of the component parts:

  1. Policy Failure
  2. Procedure Failure
  3. Physical Plant/Equipment/Hardware Program Failure             = Program Problems
  4. Personnel Failure

In the format of an equation, it would look like this: P + P + P + P = Pp / Or p- +p+p+p = Pp-  P + P + P + P = RELIANCE SECURITY / POWER
